Congratulations to Noel Mills of Waterloo West High School and Elizabeth Swanson of Cedar Falls High School, both have won $1000 in scholarships which were awarded at our Annual Dinner in May.   Our scholarship program is currently not accepting applications but we hope to again in the future.
