We are career women, we are stay at home moms.  We are from Waterloo-Cedar Falls or new to the Cedar Valley.  We are married, we are single.  We are a diverse group of women working toward the same goal of making a positive impact in our community.
WE ARE THE JUNIOR LEAGUE.

Call it The Junior League ripple effect. A century of experience has taught us that strong leaders make strong communities. By training women to be effective collaborators, poised negotiators, and committed volunteers we equip them to go out and serve their communities. Together we weave a network that strengthens the capacity of society to meet the needs of our members.

Our local membership is approximately 250 women strong, including New Member, Active, and Sustaining members, representing a broad range of backgrounds and interests.  As a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International, we serve alongside 295 Junior Leagues throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Great Britain and have a collective membership of more than 125,000 women.
